Privacy Policy

This document matches Settings → Terms & privacy policy inside the app.

Online play is opt-in. If you decline, nothing is ever sent, and Home Run Race plus bot games remain available offline. Online PvP, friends, leaderboards, and challenge links require online play.

What we store

Nickname — only what you typed. Your account name is never used.
Device ID — a random number the app made up. It doesn't track you or your device.
Game records — HR counts, distances, win/loss; what leaderboards need.
Friend and block relationships, plus recent activity shown to friends.
Room invitations, challenge links, and challenge-result notices.
BB Coin balance and unlocked stadium themes — coins earned by playing and the parks they opened.

Why we store it

To show leaderboard rankings
To connect records from the same person
To filter out fabricated records (replay verification of input logs)
To provide friend invites, online PvP, same-pitch challenges, and user blocking

How long we keep it

Ask for deletion and it's removed from the server immediately (Settings → Delete my records). Room invites last up to 2 minutes, challenge notices up to 7 days, and challenge links up to 30 days. Profiles, game records, friend/block relationships, and recent activity remain until deletion. Copies remain in recovery backups until they expire — server backups up to 3 days, operator copies up to 30 days. After that, nothing remains anywhere.

Can I decline?

Yes. If you decline, nothing is sent; Home Run Race and bot games work offline. Online PvP, friends, leaderboards, and challenge links require online play. Toggle it in Settings anytime.

Saw an inappropriate nickname?

Settings → Report a nickname. We review, then rename or remove it. Obvious slurs and impersonations are filtered at registration.

Don't want to interact with someone?

Online PvP → Friends → Manage blocked users. Block by exact nickname#tag. Blocking removes the friendship and prevents matching, invites, and challenges in both directions. You can review and undo blocks from the same screen.

Who we share it with

Nickname, rank, game results, and recent activity visible to friends may appear to other players in the service. We do not sell personal data and include no tracking, advertising, or analytics tools. We never collect names, emails, addresses, or payment details.

Where it lives

One server in Tokyo, Japan. All traffic is encrypted over HTTPS.
